Go up the ladder in that main hallway, which is the landing caves.This achievement is broken and has not been fixed in the latest patch by Grip Digital.I sent them a tweet letting them know it's still unobtainable.12/4/16 I personally went through this game to this point and did not unlock the achievement. I have a save file at the beginning to the caves once you use the 4 keys on the tower at flashpoint island for once this achievement is fixed.
